On Friday 26 November the finals of the prestigious 2010 Business Awards took place at the Charter Hall Colchester. We’re delighted to announce that Training To Achieve UK won the coveted “Education and Lifelong Learning Award”.  Our Managing Director, Alison Miles-Jenkins, also reached the finals for Business Woman of the Year, with all finalists being commended by the judges.

Lauren Jenkins, Client Services Manager, accepted the “Education and Lifelong Learning Award” for Training To Achieve UK in front of over 600 businesses.  Lauren said: “I am immensely proud to accept this award on behalf of our Managing Director, Alison Miles-Jenkins, who is away on business in Sydney Australia.  This is a fabulous recognition of the 20 years that Training To Achieve UK have been leading the learning and development field. It is testimony to our training services, management development programmes and the 36,000 managers and business owners we have helped.  We would like to thank all our clients and business partners.”

Alison Miles-Jenkins commented from Australia: “The announcement reached me in Sydney in the morning.  I am delighted with the news.  I would like to thank my great team, our clients and suppliers.  My only regret is that I was not able to attend the “Oscar-like” night with the rest of my team as it sounds like it was an amazing evening. I would like to congratulate all the finalists and winners, particularly The Mackman Group who won the “business to business” category for the second time and happen to be our web designers.”

More details and reactions to be posted soon.
