Your local corporate training company in Essex

Don’t risk your budget and your reputation on ineffective training.

Receiving powerful corporate training in Essex is simple if you team up with award-winning Essex Training Company Training To Achieve UK

Does your training really produce the results you’re after?  Does it give you a great return on investment by delivering real business benefits?

Even if the training you are currently purchasing is doing ok, wouldn’t you like to benefit from a more powerful and unique resource that really strengthens your people and your business?

Our existing clients are doing exactly that.  Don’t take our word for it – here’s some examples of what they have to say:

‘”I found the course to be thought provoking as it challenged the usual ways of preparing reports and memorising presentations. The day was filled with the practical application of theory and I have used my new found skills back at the workplace on a daily basis. Making lists are a thing of the past….” Loraine Cook, HR Service Centre Officer ,Human Resources, Colchester Borough Council

”Hi  I’m Liz Chasteauneuf and I’m the  Learning and Development Advisor for Gallions Housing Association.  Training To Achieve has been  delivering management development and training programmes for us for four years since 2007.  We originally brought them in to design and deliver a high level management programme for us.  Their training solution had all the aspects we were looking for, including action learning sets which proved very popular.   They have gone on to train our Executive team, as well as run other in-house training programmes for us.  Our delegates consistently tell us how fantastic they are  and their delivery produces the results and outcomes we are looking for.  Even when they are not here Alison sends us regular useful blogs, newsletters and articles to support us and enable us to continue to learn from them.”

“We used Training To Achieve to construct and deliver a running programme of training over several years to support hundreds of school staff throughout Essex to in managing aggression and violence in the workplace. They designed the  training to complement and enhance the County Council’s in-house code of practice and they were always up to date and informed with regard to the numerous County policies and procedures in place at the time . The training exceeded the objectives set and I consistently received excellent feedback from schools on the impact the training had for handling difficult situations.  I personally found working with Training To Achieve an amazing and rewarding experience and would recommend them highly as a professional training consultancy that consistently delivers long lasting results.” Hazel Salih, former Manager, Directorate of Human Resources, Essex County Council

“ My HR department put me in contact with Alison for some one to one coaching around time management and it’s really worked for me.  My employer has embraced a new flexible way of working, which includes being able to work from home, and this change has highlighted my need for a new outlook.  I have attended a few courses in the past and appreciate all the good ideas and logic, but have struggled to really apply it to my own situation.    Training to Achieve has helped me to identify my own strengths and weaknesses in this area, question motivational issues and learn to focus more clearly on my objectives.  This has been possible through awareness of some different approaches and very practical day to day solutions – which suit me!  The result has been a feeling of being more in control, and ultimately more confident.   Thank you.” Jacqui Dove, Service Accountant, Strategic & Management Accounting, Essex

So, a more powerful and better return on investment!  It’s a simple as that.  Your staff may be enjoying the training they receive but the bottom line is this…if you don’t buy in exceptional training that enables your company to keep learning and improving,  then your business is missing out on great opportunities to really improve performance.  And with the economic challenges we’re all facing in this country, improving performance is exactly what we all want, isn’t it?

Here’s how to put an end to average training and start dramatically increasing employee skill and performance right away
