Sixth formers discover how to succeed at interviews

Sixth formers at St Joseph’s College in Ipswich recently benefited from a workshop on how to overcome the top 5 challenges at interviews. The training, designed for them by award-winning Colchester-based consultancy Training To Achieve UK, gave them powerful tips on:
- how to write a formidable CV or application form and get shortlisted
- the importance of making a great first impression
- key skills and techniques for being interviewed
- how to handle those difficult questions
- how to give a successful presentation
Training To Achieve UK have been training managers and professionals on how to interview staff for 20 years and Managing Director Alison Miles-Jenkins was delighted to have the opportunity to share her expertise and insider knowledge with the teenagers. Michael Davey, Head of Sixth Form at St Jo’s, thanked Alison for her engaging, charismatic and effective presentation.
